This is our standard support package which is available to all LiveMeet users. It includes ticket-based technical support during regular business hours. Customers can report issues, ask questions, or seek guidance through our ticketing system. The support team will respond to inquiries promptly, typically within 2-12 hours. Additionally, customers will have access to a knowledge base that contains frequently asked questions (FAQs), guides, and tutorials to help them navigate common challenges. We also include basic weekend support during events via text or phone call.

Meet Set-Up Assistance Support Package

Our Meet Set-Up Assistance Support Package is designed to provide personalized and expert guidance for setting up your gymnastics meets with LiveMeet. We understand that organizing a meet can be a complex process, and our team is here to assist you every step of the way. This package includes the following features:

  1. Dedicated Support Specialist: You will be assigned a dedicated support specialist who will work closely with you to understand your meet requirements and preferences.

The Remote Support Package includes the following features:

  1. Remote Assistance: Our support team will offer remote assistance using secure and reliable tools, allowing us to access and troubleshoot any technical issues you may encounter with LiveMeet.
  2. Fast Response Times: With our Remote Support Package, you benefit from prioritized response times, ensuring that your inquiries and issues receive prompt attention and resolution.
  3. Real-Time Troubleshooting: We will work with you in real-time to diagnose and resolve any technical challenges, such as setting up events, managing scores, or addressing user queries.

Pricing: $400 per day (12hours) - $200 per half day (6 hours)

On-Site Support Package

Our On-Site Support Package is designed to provide personalized, hands-on assistance during your gymnastics meet to ensure a seamless and successful event. When you opt for the On-Site Support Package, you will have a dedicated support specialist present at your meet to address any meet-related challenges and provide real-time assistance. This package includes the following features:

  1. Dedicated On-Site Specialist: A highly trained and experienced support specialist will be assigned exclusively to your meet to provide focused and personalized support.
  2. Pre-Meet Consultation: Before the meet, our specialist will conduct a thorough consultation to understand your meet's specific needs, logistics, and requirements.
